SalesCrunch (now Crunched) was only a few months old when I worked on their product for online meetings and presentations, which at the time was called CrunchConnect.
I started by doing some basic use research and evaluating the existing features and design. I focused especially on the requesting and invite and registration flows, as well as the new Teams feature that allowed users to share collateral and manage other users within the same team. I also designed the first iteration of the online meeting experience, which included features such as screensharing, a “waiting room”, and ice breakers.
