SalesCrunch is a New York-based startup developing products to help sales professionals increase their productivity and train their teams. SalesCrunch is offering three products — CrunchDeck, CrunchTrainer, and SalesSchool.
In October 2010, I was hired as a User Experience Designer to help them prepare to launch their products. I started by trying to better understand their users and their business goals. In order to do that, I conducted stakeholder interviews and user interviews, and built some preliminary personas that would help us evaluate the current product and decide how to move forward.
In parallel to conducting user research, I started working on getting CrunchDeck ready to be beta tested. That included redesigning the entire sign up process, as well as creating an invitation system that will allow users to invite their friends and coworkers to use the product.
I’ve also built and designed the first version of SalesSchool, which was launched at the end of November 2010.
